This is part of the ongoing Gooseberry Bay series。 While Ainsley continues to search for answers to how she ended up with the cop who raised her and search for her sister she was separated from as toddlers， she also continues with her PI agency。 Each book in the series has one or two mysteries that she works through with her friends and those mysteries are concluded in the book。 More answers come to Ainsley in her own search， but this part continues and evolves in each book。

A Summer Thing by Kathi Daley is the sixth book in her Gooseberry Bay cozy series and was another intriguing cozy mystery。 Ms。 Daley has developed the characters and the setting over the previous books that I now feel "at home" in Gooseberry Bay as I get involved from page one with each new book。 Although Ainsley continues to research her own past in this one with Adam's help， the focus of this book is the two new mysteries that Ainsley agrees to pursue with the help of her friends。 An intricate A Summer Thing by Kathi Daley is the sixth book in her Gooseberry Bay cozy series and was another intriguing cozy mystery。 Ms。 Daley has developed the characters and the setting over the previous books that I now feel "at home" in Gooseberry Bay as I get involved from page one with each new book。 Although Ainsley continues to research her own past in this one with Adam's help， the focus of this book is the two new mysteries that Ainsley agrees to pursue with the help of her friends。 An intricate story line for both of the mysteries， well developed characters， friendships， and a charming setting makes this book one of those that I can't put down until I've reached the end。 As usual， I'm already looking forward to the next one in the series。 。。。more

Wow， this book is great。 I am loving this series more with each new book。 Ainsley is working hard to get her new PI business going， and at the same time， trying to help the local police solve a missing persons case。Not only all that， but she is still working on trying to find out more about her own elusive past and hoping to find her long lost little sister， Avery。There is a lot going on in the tiny little Town of Gooseberry Bay， and as usual， Ainsley and her friends are smack in the middle of i Wow， this book is great。 I am loving this series more with each new book。 Ainsley is working hard to get her new PI business going， and at the same time， trying to help the local police solve a missing persons case。Not only all that， but she is still working on trying to find out more about her own elusive past and hoping to find her long lost little sister， Avery。There is a lot going on in the tiny little Town of Gooseberry Bay， and as usual， Ainsley and her friends are smack in the middle of it。 Such a fun， sweet series。 I am already looking forward to the next book。 。。。more
